I called Verizon and they said that since we have the orginal droid that we will not get the flash player 10.1. We also will not get the option to use out phone as a moblie hotspot. Thay said when we recieved the update we were only given the items our phones could handle. I am sooo mad b/c we were promised the flash player 10.1 with this update

ha, don't believe everything the reps tell you on the phone. The current Froyo update (FRG01b) doesn't come with flash as it isn't "officially" available yet for the Droid. There's supposed to be another update coming that will allow flash to be downloaded from the market (aug 18th has been rumored). If you're impatient, google "Flash 10.1 beta 3" and install it using a file manager. It works fine.

yeah, the ETA may be off, but it's coming. Apparently they keep business customers more informed than their reps or average joes.
