I got it and it seems fine but where is flash player... it still won't download from the internet

Got it from the market and then I went to adobe.com to verify. Works better than I anticipiated.

What don't you like about the swype theme.... just that they changed the color?

It looks to me that they changed the size of the keys. Not completely sure though. I like the old one better myself.

Yeah, at first, I thought it was the stock keyboard. I guess I'm getting used to it, which is good, considering that I don't see a easy to change it, LOL.

But overall, I'm really digging the update. I'm just scared to try rebooting it, LOL.

I think the key size is the same.  They changed the color and maybe that's giving the illusion of different key size.   I liked the old one better but I'm sure that's just because I was used to it.   If the keys had been grey before and the changed to a darker key, I probably feel the same way now.

So far with what I've checked out, I very happy with 2.2!

Update installed flawlessly.  Rebooted and all went flawlessly.  Very happy.

Same here, actually the first few posts I made this morning were done on my Dx. 

I've re-booted 4 times and each time, it re-booted fine. Phone "feels" snappier", ringtone volume seems a little louder, which should take care of my issue, and there's several cool things going on now.

Haha, the 2.2 update showed up on 9-22-2010. Very funny, Moto and Verizon. Very funny....

(I know, I know, it's version 2.3.)

It was indeed worth the wait.

Dude, please, look at the firmware version under "settings/about phone" under the "firmware" label.  That's what I was looking at.

Perhaps they are calling it 2.2 and that's fine. I'm not going to debate that, I'm all for it. But I'm not about to put up with you hollering at me over it.

Downloaded here and so far everything looks good. No issues that I am aware of.

A minor, tiny gripe with the browser... On a multiple-page thread like this one just became, they have changed the little window at the bottom right where you select the page you want to view. Now you open the little window, select the page you want, but now you have to press the little red arrow to make it open the selected page. An extra step.

As I said, a REALLY minor gripe. Overall, I'm lovin' it.
