For the past 6 months I've had a number blocked on my safegueards. Ofcourse I had to update it about very 3 months because it would expire and now when I go to block it i receive the message : We are unable to complete your request at this time, please try again later. I have literally tried it for an entire week itleast 50 times a day. Does anyone know how I can fix this. It is very important.

I can't think of anything to tell you, except to call Customer Service about this issue. Sorry...
Well, there is one thing, you can set a number as a contact and then set that contact to "Send straight to voicemail" in the contact settings. But that won't stop that number from reaching your voicemail. Don't know if that will help at all.

Not sure, but I believe there are a couple of apps which will allow you to block numbers, permanently.

Yup! out of curiosity I went into market and typed in "Blocking Numbers" in the search box. There is a slew of apps which will do that, and most of them are free.
