HTC Droid Incredible has arrived at my house! 4/27 1pm

Yup it's here.... All in it's shiny glory I softly whisper sweet words in it's mic while she charges so effortlessly!

Just kidding folks..

3 things...

1) I did pay the extra 8 bucks (I think) it costs to overnight it thus it's here a little early.

2) I pre-ordered this beauty on the 18/19th with a new contract/data plan, blah blah blah..

3) No free 2 gig SD card in the phone or box! Not that I care because I have my own but I know some of you are hoping you won't have to go buy one.

Hope you all are excited to get yours... I was excited it came.. I just wanted to get on here fast and let ya know about the SD card.

They charged you for overnight delivery? I got it for free when I ordered mine this morning, you may want to look into that.

Did you get an email from them prior to shipping with your fedex tracking info and stuff?

Bummer :smileysad: I ordered mine on the 20th with free overnight shipping but I haven't gotten an email from the shipper. Still says its being processed. I was hoping maybe you DIDN'T get the email then I would have hope for an early delivery as well. Oh well, I'll just have to continue to wait.

I received mine as well around 1pm and it did have the 2gb card. I ordered on the 19th via the web.

On my tracking info details it says that it will be here by 7pm on the 28th. Do you think they will actually hold true to that time or will it come early?

I don't get it. Someone didn't get an SD card, others got it?

When I preordered it at 4/19 VZW didn't offer the SD card. A couple of days later, I found out they offer it.

So, I emailed customer support but, didn't hear anything.

Any comments?

I ordered mine on the 23rd. I printed out the order confirmatioin, it says: Package contains: HTC Incredible, Limited Introductory Offer: 2 GB Micro SD Card, battery, charger, etc.

I'll see it if I get it. I received tracking info, it says my phone was shipped today from memphis, TN, Estimated delivery date is the 29th by 7:00pm. As soon as I get it, I will post if the micro sd is included or not.

I Pre-ordered mine on the 19th too and wondered the same thing. After talking to a custmer service rep i found out that everyone who pre-ordered will recieve a 2gb SD card. If you dont then your supposed to call them and they will send one out to you. :smileyhappy:

BTY, I realized that my package is about 2lbs according to fedex tracking and someone posted hers/his is 1lb.

1lb difference due to the SD card? haha.. not a chance.

Still waiting for tracking info...starting to get nervous, since it still says that I'll receive the order in 2-3 business days. Should I cancel the order and just go to a store tomorrow?

I received mine on Tuesday morning the 27Th with the SD card. It was supposed to be free overnight shipping but they shipped it on the 25th with 2 day service.

The Verizon stores were not really ready to help. The first store could not download my info off my Dare. They said they would not get the software download until Thurs. The store in my neighborhood was happy to play with it since they had only seen one. In order to transfer info the SD card had to be installed.

Friends with Moto droids and Apples are impressed.

People's have been sent from Tenessee etc.. Mine says its shipping from Ontario Canada.. Whats the deal?? Also, I too paid 8.99 for next day shipping, and Fed ex says its shipping it 2nd day service.. I ordered mine around the 23 i think, at the online verizon store..

were you able to activate it when you got it or do you need to wait til the 29th? mine came in the mail today and i wasnt sure if i should waste a trip over to the verizon store of not to activate it and transfer my numbers

Just repeating myself again (in case you didn't see it before)... Verizon is accepting orders up to 4:30pm (local time/your time) for deliveries for 7pm 4/29. If you still haven't gotten a tracking number, I'm sure most (if not all) will get one today/tonight.

If you paid for overnight, call and they'll credit your account. I don't think there's suppose to be a shipment choice for pre-orders with a guaranteed delivery date..

My order states delivery by 3pm, so that must be based on location.

I ordered mine on the 19th. On the 26th I received an email saying it was sent from Tennessee on the 25th and would receive it on the 28th by 7 pm. Mine is sitting at home waiting for me. It arrived at my house at 1:30. My wife signed for it before she left the house. Lucky for me otherwise I would have to wait until tomorrow to get. Not sure if it came with a 2gb card since it is unopened, but as soon as I get home and open it I will post if it came with one. I can't wait the excitement is killing me.

I was starting to get pretty ticked. I ordered mine on the 20th and hadn't received any info at all about it. Finally, I got my tracking info today at about 3. I was just frustrated and worried because some of you lucky guys and gals ordered later than I did and had already received your phones. For me to hear nothing at all made me worry that maybe there was a problem with my order or something. I'm just relieved now that at least I know it exists and is on its way now. *whew*
