HTC Eris and Incredible

Has the problem with the Incredible been fixed as of yet in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina? City, Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC.

Also, since Verizon is having this issue, one would think they would be innovative enough to push out the OS update for the Eris to please the customer that have these type devices. When can one expect this update? Very ridiculous and somewhat tired of the catering to the Mot. Droid. Too much focus on that device.

There's another thread talking about this already, but in general.. they're doing the updates at the towers and an update isn't needed right away.I guess HTC engineers are working with Verizon at these tower/communication points.

Also, try *228 option 3 to update your roaming. I've heard it's helped some people.

There is no option 3. Option 2 is to update your roaming capabilities.
