HTC INC2 - bubble text?

Question

I'm looking to get a new android smart phone and so far I'm leaning towards the incredible 2. one feature I would really like is bubble texting. is it standard on this phone or do they make an app for it? and more importantly, do you recommend this phone or a different one altogether?

If, by bubble texting you mean this:

then Handcent will work for you.  It is very customizable with a couple different bubble type formats.  Another one that I have heard works well but have not used personally is Chomp SMS.  Just make sure to remember to turn off notifications in your native sms app or you will get duplicate notifications.
