anyone know how to set it so that it keeps vibrating (every min or so) until you read a text? I cant figure out how to set it. Right now it only vibrates once. Yes I know I could put the ringer on but I switch it to vibrate at night. Thanks for any info.

Android doesn't have alert reminders by default. You'll need an app.

I use a messaging app called Handcent. It replaces your default messaging app and spruces up the UI a bit. One of the benefits is that it lets you set set reminders and the frequency that they go off.

It's free. Check it out.

Thank you, that did it. Appreciate the help.

I'm sure you can find an APP for that need... don't know if Android 2.1 has a setting for that... Looked in my Incredible and didn't find anything. Check this site out to see if you can find an APP for it. This site's sweet for finding stuff for.
