Having a couple hardware problems. Seeing what options I have.

Simply, my earpiece makes a vibrating sound when I'm in a call and listening to somebody speak. It sounds like it's either loose or blown out, the speaker. Along with that, my power button wouldn't turn on my phone for a few hours. This started working again after a few hours of trying, but now it's much more difficult. It was hard enough before; Now, I press it a few times before getting lucky, whether it's turning the screen on or off.
Now, onto the question. What are my options concerning this? Is there anything that can be done by me to these problems? DO I need to get a replacement? Do these problems validate my replacing the phone even?
I'd appreciate any help. The phone is only a couple of months old and, coming from the Fascinate which had its own faults, I'm depressed, paying for phones that have problems which interfere with my phone functioning as a phone.

Thank you Wildman for your response.
How awful to have vibrating audio issues on your device that would drive me crazy. Wildman is exactly right as long as there is no physical or liquid damage to the device usually this would need to be replaced under the warranty.
Does this happen on all calls? If the volume is set at the highest setting please lower one notch and retest. Have you removed the battery reinserted and retested?
Here's a great link about our certified like new replacement devices. If you are still experiencing audio issues please send me a PM and ill further troubleshoot with you.
Thank you
