Help recover calendar reminders

I woke up this morning and all reminders have been erased from my calendar. Please help me recover them

I know how important of an application your calendar can be apochie! Have you tried a soft reset by removing your battery? Did you make any changes to your device recently? Have you downloaded any new apps or updated your software? Are you using the built in calendar app or is it a third party app? Are you having problems with any other apps? These questions will help us determine the problem.
