Help- txting colors

Is there a way to change the colors of the bubbles for the conversation from yellow and gray to other colors?

And how can I input different color txt and bold as well?

Not sure if you can change the default......but Handcent SMS or ChompSMS I know you can change the bubble colors. You can even change the font with those apps too I have read

• settings
• custom style
• bubble settings
• Image background color

...you aren't using handcent SMS then.  Greatone is talking about an app, not the built in messaging which Greatone also says you can't change bubble colors on.

You can change the color by downloading an application to your device at which Verizon Wireless is not responsible for any malfunctions that may occur when downloading the application. The settings on your device do not provide the option to change the color of your bubbles.
