Just have gotten my droid x and so far I love it,,I need to know how to edit the contacts that have been placed on my home page as( I guess favorites) I have 3 icons that can be loded with a contact each , but once set i cant figure out how to change or remove them without deleting the contact from my address book,,thanks for any info that would help.
Think of those icons the same way you would think of icons on your PC's desktop. They are just shortcuts. If you delete them, you do not lose the contact info - only the shortcut itself. To edit the contact's info do this via your contact list just as you would for any other contact. To delete the icon, long press it and drag it to the trash can that appears at the bottom of your screen.
