I have been having a problem with my Droid X. When I click on the gallery icon my pictures and videos come up. When I touch the screen to open one of the folders nothing happens. Its like the screen is locked up. I can hit the home key and go to the main screen. Everything else works fine. Then I click on the gallery icon again and get the folders. I click on the folder it opens up but the screen is blank. I actually have to restart the phone in order to view pics and videos. Its a pain when your trying to show friends pictures and videos. Help!
Just curious - how many folders & pictures do you have? How did you copy the pics/videos to your phone? via USB? and manually or did you use Media Manager of some kind (Verizon's or Moto's) ?
Sounds like the application is building the cache file and until the file is complete the app will work this way, expecially if you have a large amounts of files .. Usually if you let it sit for a minute all should work fine.
