My phone shut off and I put it on the charger. When I try to start it up I do not get the M symbol I get BootLoader D0.11 Battery Low Cannot Program. It has been on the charger for about two hours. I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but I am still getting this error.

Hello MMartin21

You asked for Help, and here I am!

So your phone was stuck on the bootloader screen..... Is it still like that? Many times the phone will do that when the battery is completely dead and the phone is then shut down. Normally, all you would need to do is let it charge for a while, power it back on and you are good to go.

Do you happen to have an alternate battery you can try?

If  you did let it charge for 2 hours and tried another battery already but still rendered the same results then the last step would be to factory reset the phone.

Hard Reset Instructions

Keep in mind, performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications.

It is important that you know the GMAIL email address & password prior to performing a hard reset. This way all paid applications will restore once the phone is activated, as well as any phone numbers you have synced to the GMAIL account.

If you have performed a hard reset and still have the bootloader message, then your phone needs to be replaced.
