There is an issue with my Motorola Droid I have noticed and have not been able to find the rhyme or reason why it happens. Occasionally when I return to either the list of texts or my home page from sending or receiving a text message, "New Message" is highlighted, or when I return to the home page, the icon the is in the top left position on the home page is highlighted.
Any idea why this happens? The app does not become active, it only have an orange box surrounding it. Suggestions? Thank you in advance and let me know if I should clarify the description of what is happening.
Have you talked to Tech Support about this issue? If you haven't then do a battery pull for about a minute or two and if the same thing occurs then, call out Tech Support Department at 1-80-922-0204 option 3.

what does the icon look like?
when you say home page, do you mean the home screen or the main page of your text messages that show all your threads?
please more info.
