In the last few days I have had the Home and Search buttons not respond when pressed. Say I'm in an app or on the web and press Home to get out and go to home screen and it will do nothing but I can press the Back button till I get to a home screen. Same goes for the search button, press it and it does nothing but if I press Menu then Search I can get to the search screen.. Anyone having the same issue?
Note: I've only had it happen twice in 5 days.
This issue has been brought to the manufacturers attention no ETA as of yet. Did this start after a certain app was installed? Has the software been updated?If issue persists please master reset device.
Joel, thank you for following up on my post. You say the issue was brought to the manufactures attention is this because of other similar complaints or just mine? I downloaded about 20 apps and a launcher within 5 days of getting the Charge and an app could be the cause but it is very intermittent. I have not gotten the update and if you have a way for me to get it please let me know. The issue will have to become a lot worse for me to consider a master reset but thanks.
