There is still some areas that Time Warner does not grant access to port required to send messages but I am with RR KC and I can send after I got the correct information from provider call TW and if it is possible they will be able to give you correct port and server address to use.

Looks like your pictures did not come through and that is what bearone21 is asking about. Just something that looks like yield signs.

This is a site bug, the pictures usually come through but it has a delay, I do not know if this is so the admin can verify before allowing them to be post. It can be a pain..
Outgoing Setting:
Server: smtp-server.kc.rr.com
Port: 25

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I also have Roadrunner and these are the settings I use, with no problems incoming or outgoing
POP-server.your rr city.rr.com
Port 110
smtp-server.your rr city.rr.com
Port 587
Try these and good luck.

If your device is able to receive emails from your Roadrunner email account but cannot send email, please mirror the incoming server information on the outgoing server information field as this may resolve your outgoing email concerns. If this does not work please contact your email provider as further setting can only be provided by them.

That wont work because incoming server is a pop server but outgoing is a smtp...
