The phones about 3 weeks old and the phone keeps change from one home screen to another all by it self. We removed the screen protector and the case and it still dose it any Ideas?
debris or something could've got into your optical mouse. blow it out real good and play around with it by using the optical mouse to switch screens by swiping your thumb left and right on it. if the problem persists, you may have a bad mouse and need to return it. do this before your 30 days is up so you get a brand new device and not a refurbished one.
