Cannot access apps due to a blockage on my account. Cannot find where to change this in my verizon account
Hi VIKI1,You can manage all service blocks from My Verizon. When you're logged in to your account, hover over My Verizon at the top and under My Plans & Services click Manage Verizon Safeguards. Under the Service Blocks category click View and Edit on the right side.
