I use Yahoo for all my e-mails. I do have a gmail account but I normally do not use it. I would like to delete the GMAIL app from my Droid Incredible.

There is no way to uninstall/delete that.

I do recommend keeping the account running. Google has fantastic features built in your phone using Google gmail accounts. But..... its your phone.
Google is pretty awesome agreed,but I still don't like gmail at all.
