How do I disable the say answer or ignore prompt when my phone rings?

My Droid mini with 4.4 now asks me "call from xxx, say answer or ignore". How do I disable that prompt?

We can understand not wanting everyone to hear who is calling, Joedee. Please follow these steps. Settings>Accessibility>Under Systems it should say Readout. Please make sure that is not checked.
