Hi fiveo56,

I see you haven't responded back to the community yet and we want to help erase your messages.  If these are voicemail messages, the easiest way will be to call *86 (or your own number) to access voicemail with your password. When listening to the message you wish to delete select option 7 and the message will erase.

Please let us know if this resolves your trouble or if you're referring to a different message box.
