The activate phone screen since I can't activate my phone yet? I want to look over all the features but it won't let me get passed that screen.
I am almost certain you will not be able to access any features until after the phone is activated. At least I wasn't able to.

Correct. You need to enter in the gmail account info first. Then once you do that you can get into phone.
