How do I move photos from old device to my new Ultra?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
viclen1954, congratulations on the new Ultra. The answer would depend on what previous device you have. You can sync photos with our Verizon Cloud: http://vz.to/IsygQ6 . That's assuming you have a working compatible device still active on your mobile number. There are other options if you have an older model phone. Usually you can sync the photos to a PC with the USB cable for example.
Let's find the right answer for your particular circumstance. What model phone is the old device? Does it still function? Is it still active on our network or have you already activated the Droid Ultra?
