None of the solutions I've found for the other models seem to apply for the Bionic.

This is actually pretty simple but not disclosed anywhere.
After you plug your phone in to the USB Cable and it pops up, look at the system try on your computer. Find the Blue Motorola M and right click it. Move the curser over the line that states "When device connects" and the menu will open. There are 2 options here. The first one is set by default to open V-Cast, the other option is Do nothing. Click on do nothing and close it up. You will now be able to sign in without the annoying V-Cast popping up.

I would love to know that myself. I thought it was something I was doing when I plugged phone into charge. Should be some control for such an invasive thing. Also the update for VZW videos? Like I need to add more money to the phone bill.
