How do I stop my PC from launching Backup Assistant promo vid every time I connect?

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN BACKUP ASSISTANT. Now that we have that out of the way, is there any way that I can just connect my Droid Razor M to my PC without the browser auto-launching the promo video that I don't want to see? This intrusive advertising is extremely rude!!! The #1 rule of customer service is don't be pushy and try not to annoy the #$% out of your customers every time they just want to connect a phone to a computer.

Click on the Link i Provided and read.. it's for the Bionic but the Setting should be Basically the Same as it says there should be a little M or phone on the Bottom of your P.C.'s Screen were you can Right Click it and Select Nothing..
