How do I sync my outlook e-mails and calendar with my Droid?

I have not found a way to sync my calendar on my Droid with my outlook calendar. How can I do this?

You won't like this answer; but you might want to consider just dumping outlook and switching over to gmail completely including calendar. The calendar is compatible with outlook meeting notices.

You do not actually have to drop Outlook...

It's fairly easy to setup Outlook to automatically synchronize email, calendar and contacts with Gmail.

And then you can sync your phone with Gmail too, and voila you are home safe and can use Outlook (or just about any email client) seamlessly with your phone...
