Sim card locked and now the phone is asking for a PUK code. How do i fix this?
Log into your My Verizon account. Click on "Manage Device" under the device in question. Look on the right side of the screen for "PUK".
Or call Customer Service and they will give it to you.
You can get your PUK code by logging into your on-line MyVerizon account (MyDevice, unlock SIM/PUK) or by calling Customer Service:
