How do i use an .mp3 as Custom Greeting on Voicemail ?

My Greeting is recorded in .mp3 format.

How do i upload that into my Voicemail Greeting ?

Using Verizon's standard Voicemail, I don't think you can.  There's an option to record your greeting, and you could play the mp3 through the phone, but that defeats the purpose of having it already recorded.

You Mail (third party visual voicemail) may give you the option to upload a file to play for your greeting.  youmail.com
