Do you mean how much is left for your monthly data plan?

Sign into your MyVerizon account on the computer or you can use the MyVerizon app on the phone. You might need to update the app from the Android Market.

The ways Ann outlined are probably your best options, but you can also call #3282 and you will recieve a free txt with your data usage. The major downside to this way is you recieve your data usage in KB so some conversion is required to get it to GB.
