How does HTC Droid recognize phone extension?

I recently traded in my old Blackberry for an HTC Droid Incredible 2 and am using DejaOffice App to manage contacts, calendars, etc. I use Companion Link Express as an add-in to sync between Sage ACT 2010 contact database and DejaOffice as prescribed by the professional.  Scared yet?  The problem is the Droid phone does note recognizes the default phone extension symbol (semicolon symbol :smileywink: and sees the number as an international call. I spoke to DejaOffice tech support and they tell me to contact Verizon to ask them what symbol my Droid uses to recognize extension number.   Thanks, atmdad

I appreciate your inquiry. I would suggest trying a comma. A lot of Android phones use a comma for extensions.
