Was at a high school girls basketball game last night and was walking along the side of the upperdeck texting (yeah I know, why am I walking and texing with a $500 phone in my hand). Yep you guessed it by now. I was bumped from the side and just like in the movies it flew out of my hand in slo-mo over the rail and fell 18-20 ft. onto a small concrete slab. I'm going to go to Verizon tomorrow since I don't live that close to one. I've got the $7.99 insurance. Should I be expected to pay? The reason I ask is because on my EnV2 I dropped it in my kitchen as I was opening it and it hit the screen just right on the side to jar it into a cracked screen even though the glass wasn't physically cracked and I had to pay $50.

Don't even go to the store (or call and see if they will help you before you go).
It will cost you $90.00. Call Assurion or go to the website to report a broken/lost phone (That's who provides the insurance policies for Verizon). They will send you another one via either 2-day mail or maybe even overnight, I can't remember.
I've heard of people making insurance claims and getting the replacement phone at a Verizon store, but I've always had to go through Assurion to get the replacement.
Either way it'll cost you 90 bucks.
It WON'T cost you $569.00.
