How set Calendar View default to open in Agenda format?

Can I or where do I set the opening default for the stock Calendar view? I want it to open in the agenda view but it always wants to open in the 1 day view after clicking on the current displayed entry on a home page.  I keep looking around but I don't see anything for a default?

I just checked and it doesnt seem to be a option to default the view to Agenda, maybe you can concider downloading a free app called Colorize Widget and just place the Agenda widget on one of your desktops...

I thought it stayed in whatever view you last had it open in.  Try going into agenda view, then hit home to exit it and see how it sits next time you open it.

That's what I have to do to keep it in Agenda View.  A bit annoying because I'm in the habit of pressing the "back" key, but I'll deal with it.  Wish there was some other way.

You will provably learn to love the Home Key.  Much better way to navigate the apps relative to the back key

Once you open your normally uese apps you can hit and hold the Home key and switch between the Apps in the state you left them.

Actually, a lot of experienced Android users (not trying to imply anything, just saying) have gotten out of the habit of using the home button because, about a year or so ago, we were all informed that it is the proper way to exit an app (though, like with any theory, I have heard arguments since stating that it doesn't matter), if it doesn't have an exit option is to back out of it.  I also almost never use my home key, it's just a habit that I developed over time.
