How to Remove Media Link Program?

Yesterday I spent two hours with a Motorola Tech Support rep trying to remove this program. Each time I boot my PC, this program pop's up and requires three screen closing to kill it. I am constantly getting notices to upgrade the app only to have it fail each time. The Control Panel Add/Remove option on the app will not remove the app. We tried to download the app from the Motorola web site, only to have the load fail. Finally the rep told me to go to Dell and have them remove the program.

Is there anyone else out there experiencing this problem? If so, were you able to fix it? If so, how?

If there is an icon for this app on your desktop, try right clicking on it and see if it gives the option to uninstall or delete since it will not allow for to remove it through the control panel.
