Hi..I recently switched to Verizon after being an AT&T customer for 8+ years.
I would like to be able to view all the phone lines I have when I access my account on-line. How can I do that?
Also, my previous post seems to have been deleted and I am not sure why!
Any suggestions on how I can add the lines would be appreciated.

Hello Blondie64. I have read your post and understand your concern with accessing all lines that are on your account. In order to access all lines that are on your account, you will need to sign into your online account as the Account Owner. The Account Owner will give you the ability to view all billing information for all lines on the account. Once you are logged in, if you want to view the usage, you will scroll down and under Bill click on View Usage and next to Details For, click on the drop down menu to select a number on the account at which you would like to view. In order to add a line to your account, on the home page under Device, click on Add a Line. You can have up to five lines on a Family Share Plan. Here's the link to access your online account.

Ambria,
Thank you for responding so quickly..I know I sound like an idiot, so sorry for the dumb questions!
My daughter already signed up using her cell number; however she is not the account owner. Do I have to create a new user log in, etc?
Thanks again!

I would think that you would have to create your own account. Since your daughter is not the account owner, she wouldn't have same access as the account owner would.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
