How can i replace my damaged phone?
What kind of damage? If it's damaged, it won't be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty through Verizon. If you have insurance, you may have to contact Assurion (or whichever insurance provider you have) via the paperwork sent to you when you took out insurance.
how long have u had it? what kind of damage has it incurred and do u have the insurance plan with it???
