How to stop international roaming notification

Does anybody know how to stop the international roaming notifications?

 

I'm abroad and I keep getting the annoying notification. It stays on keeping the display alive and runs the battery down until cleared. So I have to remember to keep it plugged in a night, otherwise it's flat in the morning!

sure----go to settings---wireless & networks---scroll down to mobile networks---click it on and UNCHECK Data roaming!
