Downloaded new software update and now everytime I use the phone I have to punch in a code.
Security settings say offsite admistrator must change. Anyone know how to do that?

Do you have a corporate email account synced to the phone?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

If you are accessing the Exchange Email, that is a security enhancement. If you do not know the security code you can request it from the System's Offline Administrator.

I had this same issue when my new (2+ hours old) DroidX updated OTA to 2.2. I googled it, and it seems to be a common problem with this update, but I couldn't find a solution other than doing a Factory Data Reset. I reset, setup my accounts again, and haven't been asked (or forced to setup) a PIN since.
Factory reset clears all of your data, so make sure you back up your phone first.
