Excuse me, if you take this message the wrong way. But after reading a lot of post of people complaining about the released date of the 2.2 software update. " I am calling FCC and BBB", "I can not deal with stress of not having the ota update". Now complaining about the software not working. This what happen to people that does not wait for a good thing. All the complaining might made MOTO rush the software to you so you can SHUT UP. Next time rant about all these children that been kidnapped this year, and nobody not taking full force to found them. Or all the bullying from children that lost their lives at a young age. GROW UP PEOPLE, and realize there are worst thing in the world then a phone, that's not going to be cool next year when 4G SMARTPHONE is coming.

Rock on, hellopretty86. I preferred working properly without Flash to what we've got now. I hope that now Motorola can write an update that'll fix things the way they should be.

It's the old story...be careful of what you wish for, you may get it and be sorry.

I wasn't surprised because I made the observation that this would happen, no matter what happened with update I know the complaining wasn't going stop... so many threatening to sue or cancel contract if Verizon didn't do what they wanted. And as soon as they get what they wanted they simply moved on to the next complaint..... You cant ever make everyone happy and situations like this prove this as a fact.

Wildman, it's what I refer to as the 1% rule. If you had ten people in a room, nine would be really nice and polite, but one would be roudy and obnoxious. For example, if you worked in, say, a fast food restaurant and had 100 customers in a day, 90 would be satisfied with the service and their meal, but there would always be ten who would complain about the service, the quality of the meal or even the restaurant itself. That 1% rule has never failed, either in a social or in a business situation. The same goes here. You will always have that one percent hanging around.

Just fyi, but wouldn't that be the 10% rule?

But I did get and understand your point.  Like my pappy always used to say:

"You can satify some of the people all the time, and all the people some of the time, but you can't satisfy all the people all the time"
