My droid4 crashed and I got a new droid ultra. I did not transfer any contacts, this phone is "new" Some people have stated they have tried to text me ( some old contacts, but some completely new) and I have not received their texts. I have also tried to text and these have not been received. Do I need to set something on my phone? please help
