I have a Droid 2 and I get a message that says, calls are restricted and can not update phonebook.

Hi Imbabwa, I apologize for delay as I understand this is a time sensitive matter! It sounds like Call Restrictions might have been accidentally setup. Try checking Menu>Settings>Location & security>Setup restriction lock>Uncheck Enable restriction lock.
