I recorded a video on my Droid2Global but it won't play or open!

I've recorded a few videos before this one, and they've opened and played on my phone perfectly fine.  They also play on my PC windows media player perfectly fine.

The other day, I recorded a video the same way I usually do, and this one "could not be opened or displayed" by my phone.  I tried using the USB cable and moving it to my PC, but windows media player wouldn't open it.  I tried downloading VLC player, Haali Media Splitter, K-lite Codec pack, and converting it to a different file type.  I tried literally everything that came up in google about viewing .3gp video files.  I also tried making a few other videos to see if they worked, and they did! It's just this particular one that isn't working,  HELP!!!!

Thank you :smileyhappy:

Thank you everyone for your feedback.

Laceface626, this file (video) is in fact corrupted. This can be due to any of a number of reason, including but not limited to whether the saving of the video was interrupted by a phone call, or for some reason it simply did not save to the phone correctly. The fact that you have been able to successfully view videos taped since then, tells me everything is working normally and your phone does not need replacing. There are some apps out there that claim to be able to recover data from a corrupted file; however, I am not able to recommend any to you, as they are not supported by Verizon Wireless.

Thanks,
