Inability to eliminate SPAM from the Droid Incredible using Entourage/Outlook.

Question

I have a Droid Incredible HTC and use a third party POP account to synch my mail to my phone. Although, on my computer (MAC), I can keep the SPAM going to a spam folder through the server, my phone automaticallly sends EVERYTHING  (all folders including SPAM) to my phone. Isn't there a way to tell my phone NOT to synch all folders, just the INBOX? I don't mind the spam sitting in a spam folder, but this stinkin phone will not let me descriminate which folders to synch.

Can someone help? Offer a suggestion? Is there a third party app that might help?

The issue may be with the third party application you are using. In regards to being able to filter the spam emails on your phone, unfortunately the phone does not have the option where it will allow you to select which folders are sync to your phone. It will sync all your emails.
