Incoming Calls and Contacts Help!

So i finally got my x the other day and love every second of it. Unfortunately when i receive any incoming call, even when the number is saved in my contacts, shows up on my phone as unknown. Does anyone know how to fix this? any help would be appreciated.

Fixed it. Turns out i didnt have caller ID enabled on my new line. the lady at the store must not have put it on the line.
