i turned my volume all the way down to set it to vibrate, but it wont vibrate when i receive text messages....i checked the settings and have it set to vibrate when receiving messages but still nothing....anyone else having this issue???
I just tested mine and its the same as yours. It vibrates fine when the ringer is up, but when I set it to vibrate, nothing. Strange. not a biggie for me, but definitely interesting.
I have someone who is a verizon rep and also know someone who works at corporate. Both said this is a bug that is getting fixed soon. In the mean time, download sound manager> press menu> set notification settings to "vibrate whenever possible" That fixed it for me.
The fix suggested by mohmandm worked for me, too - thank you!
