Every time I turn off Incredible, my screen backround defaults from my custom one (that I saved), to a geneic blue and white. Any suggestions? Thanks
are you running an app for any backgrounds/wallpapers/themes? if so, i would uninstall and reinstall that app. if not, then i don't know?
No, just opened the box yesterday, and no apps yet. Weird.
And I can't change my profile pic. that goes out on SMS.

you may want to do a factory reset before you get the phone completely customized. the background issue should not be happening...and if a reset would fix it, it would be nice. if you find that the phone has other issues in a couple days and try a reset then.....you'll have lost everything you are setting up right now. just a thought, because that background/wallpaper should not be changing.
