I was told by a 611 rep today that 5000 Incredibles are available to ship if you order it through them. Verizonwireless.com just pushed their ship date to 1 June, I guess Verizon has more than one bucket of phones and they wont cross lines. To me, as a customer who wants an Incredible, it seems that I should be able to order it online and have it ship form the same warehouse that the 5000 units are sitting in. Make me wonder if customer service is high on Verizon's priority list.
