Incredible voice service--not so strong

Went to my verizon store this morning, to discuss the phone and standing there, my Incredible had 2 bars and no 3g service,and the sales rep blackberry had 4 bars and 3 g service. I am not too impressed, any hopes this will be fixed? I need to have a phone that can receive and make calls for goodness sake!

Anyone else experience similar issues?

I still don;t understand why people are just looking at the phone and saying that service is bad...go back to the store stand next to the same guy and open the internet, even at lower bars you will still be able to view, DL and surf WAY faster...then after you see that... make a call to the guy next to you with the blackberry...if you can hear him and he hears you and no drops, then what difference does the bars make? I did this test with my old and very loved At&t tilt, the incredible was faster yet showed weaker strenght arcoss the board....I have had and seen different phones, and figured out a LONG time ago that some phone mfg actually make this a program feature...I am sure you have seen the "I have 4 bars and 3 g and drop calls" thread that flood about every forum....hope that helps
