It takes 10 mins, just to get into e-mail, and then the majority of the time just freezes, very frustrating. In fact the internet is always freezing up, it kind of make this phone useless, what an "incredible" disappointment, I could of upgraded in 2006, but finally gave up that verizon was getting iphone. Now I'm stuck with a phone that is not user friendly-pretty much just doesn't work!!!! Now the best phone in the world is here at verizon and i'm stuck with a crap phone. I can't upgrade until 2013, holy crap, i've been a customer for a hell of a long time to have a phone that does nothing that it's suppose to do. I even have people try my phone and they say the internet access is really bad, and gets stuck.

This is why you research first read reviews, scan message boards, before you commit to a phone and sign a a contract.i personally will not be buying a phone with a plan anytime soon,i did sign a 2 year contract with Verizon for Fios TV and Internet, but i did not have the choices available with Cell phones and services available,

2013? wow so that mean you wont even buy the phone yet, as you can upgrade at either 12 or 20 months into a 2 year contract
but assuming you mean your contrat epires in 2013 you should be within your 30 day return window, go et a new one.
and yes vzw does have the best phone in the owrk, the samsung fascinate
have you done *228?
how long have you had the phone?
have you called tech support?
