Internet not working

My Mobile Network has always worked in the past, but now when I use my browser, try to connect to Facebook, or go to the Market, it won't let me.  I've tried restarting, turning mobile network on and off, etc.  Twitter will refresh, but the rest of my internet based applications will not.

Check Settings / Power / Power Saver Settings / Uncheck Disable background Data / Reboot

Something is down with verizon in th twin cities, my phone is doing the same thing.
