Is a Droid phone Bluetooth® enabled with DUN (Dial-up Networking) capability

Greetings

I'm considering getting a Droid phone, but need to know if the phone is Bluetooth® enabled with DUN (Dial-up Networking) capability. I have some Surveying Equipment that requires the DUN (Dial-up Networking) capability

The Verizon CS rep I spokewith on the very issue claimed it it was, however, he also said I would receive the phone just a few days after I ordered it. That was two weeks ago & counting.

Also be aware, the Hotspot function is a different feature than tethering so bluetooth and or USB tethering does NOT equal Wifi Hotspot.
